Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how WatchAgent AI collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information and service data when providing AWS cost monitoring, billing risk analysis, Slack alerts, and subscription services.

1. Controller and service operator
WatchAgent AI is operated by Inyong Inc. The service provides a digital SaaS subscription product for AWS cost visibility, cloud billing risk detection, savings opportunity analysis, and Slack-based operational alerts.

2. Information we collect
We collect information necessary to create accounts, provide subscriptions, process payments, configure onboarding, and deliver the service.
- Account information: email address, display name, country, login provider, user ID, tenant ID, customer ID, and account status.
- Subscription information: selected plan, trial status, subscription status, billing country, payment status, billing history references, and entitlement status.
- Support information: messages, request details, attachments voluntarily provided by the customer, and support history.
- AWS integration information: AWS account ID, role ARN, external ID reference, selected regions, onboarding status, and connection verification results.
- AWS service data: cost and usage metadata, service names, spending trends, anomaly indicators, idle or underused resource metadata, and savings opportunity information. We do not require customers to provide AWS root credentials.
- Slack integration information: workspace ID, workspace name, channel ID, channel name, installation status, permission scopes, and alert delivery settings.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, request logs, error logs, security logs, and cookie/session information needed to operate the website securely.
3. How we use information
We use collected information for the following purposes:
- To create and manage user accounts, tenants, memberships, subscriptions, and entitlements.
- To process free trials, paid plans, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing support.
- To verify AWS and Slack onboarding and deliver the requested monitoring service.
- To analyze AWS cost changes, cost anomalies, billing risks, and savings opportunities.
- To send daily summaries, alerts, onboarding notices, billing notices, and service-related communications.
- To provide customer support, investigate errors, prevent abuse, secure the service, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Payment processing
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as PortOne, Lemon Squeezy, Stripe, card networks, banks, and other billing infrastructure providers. Payment providers may collect and process payment method information according to their own policies.
WatchAgent AI does not store full card numbers, CVC values, or complete payment credentials on its own servers. We may store payment status, transaction identifiers, subscription identifiers, invoices, and billing-related metadata needed for support, accounting, fraud prevention, and subscription management.
5. Third-party services and processors
We may use trusted vendors and infrastructure providers to operate the service. These may include cloud hosting providers, payment processors, analytics and logging tools, email providers, Slack, AWS, and security monitoring tools.
We share information only as necessary to provide the service, process payments, comply with law, prevent abuse, protect rights, or support customer-requested integrations. We do not sell personal information.
6. AWS and Slack integration scope
Customers authorize WatchAgent AI to access specific AWS and Slack information needed to provide the service. AWS access is intended for cost monitoring, billing risk analysis, savings opportunity detection, and verification of the configured access model. Slack access is intended for workspace installation, channel selection, and alert delivery.
Customers remain responsible for configuring appropriate IAM permissions, Slack workspace permissions, and internal access policies. Customers may revoke integrations according to AWS and Slack settings.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
We may use cookies or similar technologies to keep users signed in, maintain sessions, remember language preferences, protect the website, and measure service reliability. Some cookies are essential for authentication and security.
8. Data retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, manage subscriptions, comply with tax/accounting/legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records.
When an account is closed or a deletion request is approved, we will delete or anonymize information unless retention is required for legitimate business, legal, security, audit, or dispute-resolution purposes.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, including access controls, secure transport, logging, and least-privilege operational practices. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
10. International processing
Because WatchAgent AI is a cloud-based service, information may be processed in countries other than the customer’s country of residence. We take reasonable steps to ensure that service providers protect information according to applicable requirements.
11. Customer rights
Depending on applicable law, customers may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. Requests can be sent to support@getwatchagent.com. We may need to verify the requester’s identity before processing a request.
12. Children
WatchAgent AI is a business SaaS service and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made. Continued use of the service after changes means the updated policy applies.
