Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of WatchAgent AI, a digital SaaS subscription service for AWS cost monitoring, billing risk detection, savings opportunity analysis, and Slack alert delivery.

1. Service provider
WatchAgent AI is operated by Inyong Inc. Customer support is available at support@getwatchagent.com.
2. Service description
WatchAgent AI is a subscription-based cloud operations SaaS service. The service helps customers monitor AWS cost trends, identify unusual spending patterns, detect billing risks, estimate savings opportunities, and receive operational summaries through Slack.
The service is digital only. No physical goods are sold or shipped.
3. Paid services
Some features of WatchAgent AI may be provided as paid services. Pricing, billing cycle, plan limits, renewal conditions, and payment methods are displayed on the pricing page, checkout page, or account management flow before payment.
Paid services may include AWS cost monitoring, risk alerts, savings opportunity analysis, Slack briefing, AI-generated summaries, and other subscription features offered by WatchAgent AI.
4. Eligibility and account registration
To use the service, customers must provide accurate account information, billing information, country information, and contact information. Customers are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their information.
Some features require successful AWS and Slack onboarding. If onboarding is incomplete or permissions are misconfigured, certain features may not operate correctly.
5. AWS connection and customer authorization
Customers may connect their AWS environment using an access model such as AssumeRole. Customers are responsible for configuring IAM permissions, external IDs, trusted principals, regions, and any internal approval process required by their organization.
WatchAgent AI uses the granted AWS access only to provide cost monitoring, inventory-related analysis, savings opportunity detection, onboarding verification, and related service functions. Customers should grant only the minimum permissions necessary for the service.
6. Slack integration
Customers may install the WatchAgent AI Slack app to receive alerts and summaries. Customers are responsible for selecting appropriate channels, granting workspace permissions, and ensuring that alert recipients are authorized to view cost and operational information.
7. Plans, trials, and subscriptions
WatchAgent AI may offer free trials, free plans, paid plans, and coming-soon plans. Paid plans are provided on a recurring subscription basis unless otherwise stated on the pricing or checkout page.
Trial features, limits, and duration may vary. When a trial ends, continued use may require a paid subscription.
8. Billing and renewal
Paid subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled before the next billing date. The price, billing period, supported payment method, and applicable checkout provider are displayed before payment.
Korean customers may be directed to PortOne checkout. Global customers may be directed to Lemon Squeezy, Stripe, or another supported checkout provider. Taxes, VAT, card fees, exchange rates, and bank charges may vary depending on the customer’s country and payment method.
9. Cancellation
Customers may cancel a subscription before the next billing date to stop future renewal. Cancellation does not automatically refund amounts already charged unless the refund policy or applicable law requires otherwise.
After cancellation, access may continue until the end of the already-paid billing period, unless the account is suspended for violation of these Terms.
10. Refunds and disputes
Refunds, cancellations, and disputes are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Customers should contact support@getwatchagent.com before initiating a payment dispute so that we can investigate and assist.
11. Customer responsibilities
- Maintain accurate account, billing, AWS, and Slack information.
- Use appropriate IAM permissions and Slack workspace permissions.
- Review service alerts and recommendations before taking business or infrastructure actions.
- Comply with applicable laws, cloud provider terms, Slack terms, and internal company policies.
- Keep credentials, tokens, and access settings secure.
12. Service limitations
WatchAgent AI provides monitoring, analysis, estimates, and recommendations. It does not guarantee cost reduction, uninterrupted availability, complete anomaly detection, exact savings, complete security coverage, or the absence of billing errors.
Cloud billing data, AWS APIs, Slack APIs, payment processors, and external systems may be delayed, unavailable, inaccurate, or changed by third parties. The service output should be reviewed by the customer before making financial, operational, or infrastructure decisions.
13. External service responsibility
WatchAgent AI integrates with external services such as AWS, Slack, payment processors, cloud providers, email providers, analytics tools, and hosting infrastructure. We are not responsible for failures, interruptions, policy changes, pricing changes, data delays, permission issues, billing changes, or other problems caused by those external services.
Customers are responsible for their own AWS accounts, Slack workspaces, cloud usage, infrastructure changes, access permissions, payment method status, and decisions made based on service alerts or recommendations.
14. Prohibited use
Customers may not use the service to commit unlawful acts, gain unauthorized access, attack or disrupt systems, reverse engineer the service, overload infrastructure, bypass security controls, resell the service without permission, or process data they are not authorized to use.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if a customer violates these Terms, fails to pay, creates security risk, abuses the service, infringes rights, or uses the service unlawfully. We may also suspend features affected by third-party outages or permission issues.
16. Intellectual property
WatchAgent AI, including software, designs, workflows, text, graphics, product names, and service logic, is owned by or licensed to the service provider. Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the active subscription period.
17. Customer data
Customers retain ownership of their business data. Customers grant WatchAgent AI the limited right to process customer data as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service, comply with law, and provide support.
18. Promotions
Promotional offers, discounts, free trials, coupons, or limited campaigns may have additional conditions such as eligibility, duration, usage limits, renewal pricing, or geographic restrictions. Promotion terms displayed at signup or checkout apply together with these Terms.
19. Legal and export restrictions
Customers must not use the service in violation of applicable export control, sanctions, anti-money laundering, anti-bribery, or other applicable laws. The service is not intended for prohibited jurisdictions, prohibited users, or unlawful activities.
20. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
21. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WatchAgent AI and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, cloud cost increases, business interruption, third-party service failure, or decisions made based on service output.
22. Changes to the service or terms
We may modify the service, features, pricing, or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date or providing appropriate notice where required.
23. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws. Disputes will be handled through good-faith consultation first, and unresolved disputes may be submitted to the competent court under applicable law.
